Terms and Conditions – 3rrcom Pakistan Betting Platform

By creating an account or using any service on 3rrcom — including browsing the live cricket score section, which is free and requires no registration — you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who have not registered.

3rrcom reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, we will notify registered users via email or an on-screen notification at login. Your continued use of 3rrcom after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

To register and use the betting services on 3rrcom, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3rrcom operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify the age of any player where there is reason to doubt eligibility. Accounts of underage players will be closed immediately and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under local law. It is the player's responsibility to understand the laws applicable to them in their location before registering on 3rrcom.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 3rrcom or any of its affiliate or partner companies.
• You must not be registered on a self-exclusion list — including any 3rrcom-specific self-exclusion you may have previously applied for.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 3rrcom. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

When registering on 3rrcom, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address.
• Keep your account credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify 3rrcom immediately at support@3rrcom.ws if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your mobile number or email address which are used for payment verification and security communications.

3rrcom reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-fraud and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on 3rrcom are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no exchange rate charges, and no third-party currency handling fees applied by 3rrcom on standard transactions.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods on 3rrcom include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank account)
• SadaPay (digital bank account)
• Bank Transfer via IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard (Pakistani-issued debit and credit cards)

The minimum deposit amount on 3rrcom is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 3rrcom wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing speed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from 3rrcom typically process within 5 minutes of request, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. 3rrcom does not charge any withdrawal processing fee on standard withdrawals.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible — this is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. 3rrcom reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its absolute discretion.

All bets placed on 3rrcom are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. The following general principles apply across all betting activity on the platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you receive a confirmed bet reference number from 3rrcom. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical errors are void and any stake is refunded.
• Odds: The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet. For in-play bets, odds are accepted subject to the live price at the moment of processing — not the price at the moment you clicked. In fast-moving markets, a small difference may occur.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, PCB, FIFA, PSL, etc.). In the event of a dispute about a result, 3rrcom will refer to the official governing body's ruling as final.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds due to a technical error, or a market being suspended before the relevant outcome was determined. All void bets are refunded in full.
• Abandoned matches: For cricket specifically, matches abandoned due to weather with fewer than the minimum required overs completed will generally result in void bets unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet payout on 3rrcom is Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 lakh). Accumulator payouts may be subject to separate maximum limits outlined at bet placement.

3rrcom reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred — for example, where a market was priced incorrectly due to a data feed error. In such cases, stakes are returned in full and no winnings are paid.

3rrcom offers various promotional offers to new and existing Pakistani players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions on 3rrcom are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the standard account registration process and, where applicable, identity verification on 3rrcom.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds on 3rrcom are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game and bet type. Sports bets generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Casino games may contribute at different rates — specific rates are published in the relevant bonus terms.
• 3rrcom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will not be voided without reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including systematic exploitation of promotional offers, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusive play — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3rrcom and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account on 3rrcom, regardless of the reason or the name used.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or collusion — including placing bets based on insider knowledge of a corrupt arrangement.
• Exploiting software bugs, data feed errors, or pricing errors to place bets at knowingly incorrect odds.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to use 3rrcom as a mechanism to transfer funds between parties.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Sharing your account with any third party or allowing another person to bet on your account.
• Any conduct that 3rrcom reasonably determines to be dishonest, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

3rrcom co-operates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in relation to fraud, match fixing, and money laundering investigations. Information about accounts suspected of prohibited conduct may be shared with relevant authorities.

All content on 3rrcom — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software code, betting markets, odds data, live score data, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 3rrcom or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You may browse and use 3rrcom for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from 3rrcom without express written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the platform using automated tools.
• Use the 3rrcom name, logo, or branding in any way that could imply endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer any software or technical systems used by 3rrcom.

3rrcom provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible.

• 3rrcom is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to Pakistani ISP outages or mobile network downtime.
• 3rrcom is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
• 3rrcom's liability to any individual player in connection with any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 12 months.
• Betting involves financial risk. By using 3rrcom, you acknowledge that you may lose your staked amounts and that 3rrcom bears no responsibility for betting outcomes.

3rrcom collects and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on 3rrcom, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key points regarding your data on 3rrcom:

• Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.
• 3rrcom will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration and receive an automated reminder when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from all 3rrcom services for a minimum of 30 days. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 3rrcom shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of an individual game or promotion, the specific rules prevail.
